Industrial Awareness Thursday(ish) - Author & Punisher

Well, I forgot about yesterday's post so you get it today instead! This weeks band is out of San Diego. They are doom/industrial/machine type band. They were at this last years Terminus, and if you missed their performance to describe Tristan Shone's project Author & Punisher he basically built his own machines and created his own music with those machines. As it says on Author & Punisher's bandcamp "...one man band utilizing primarily custom fabricated machines/controllers and speakers called Drone/Dub Machines. The devices draw heavily on aspects of industrial automation, robotics and mechanical tools and devices, focusing on the eroticism of the interaction with machine." This is one band to keep an eye on! Anyway, check them out!!
